As many of our products are handmade, individually designed or created using natural materials, slight variations in colour, pattern, shape, size and finish may occur. These variations are part of the individual nature of handmade products and are not necessarily faults.
Natural gemstones, glass, resin, polymer clay and other materials may also have natural or handmade variations.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
3. One-of-a-Kind & Handmade Items
Some KLWGJewellery & More products are one-of-a-kind and only one item may be available.
Where an item is handmade, the item you receive may have small variations from photographs or examples unless the listing states that the exact item pictured will be supplied.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.
5. Orders
