1 - What is Kel’s Lampworked Glass Jewellery & More made from?


Our beautiful handcrafted jewellery is made from copper core coated wire, stainless steel and sterling silver that are all hypoallergenic.


Also metal hypoallergenic spacers and soacer beads as well as, acrylic spacers and spacer beads.


Lampworked bead, glass beads, acrylic beads, ceramic beads, gemstone beads, faux glass pearls, resin beads, seed beads, silver ckay beads, clay beads, african trade beads, milliefiori beads, natural stone beads, chip beads, polymer clay beads, lava stone beads, shell beads and metal beads.


2 - Will my order come well presented and well packaged?


Yes, where possible your item will come attached to a jewellery card and presented within plastic packaging and an organza bag. Also when shipped the item(s) will be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in an envelope or box.


3 -How do I care for my jewellery?

Please do not submerge any of the jewellery in water, or shower nor wash up with jewellery on. If your jewellery starts to tarnishes then you can buff it back to its original shine easily with a soft cloth or a yellow pro polish cloth off of somewhere like Amazon.


4 - Will my item look exactly like the picture?


All product photographs are taken of the actual product. Finally, while the colour reproduction of the product is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by yourself.


5 - Can I get a discount for buying multiple items?


Unfortunately we cannot offer a discount on multiple item purchases.

6 - How can I pay for my order?


We accept all major credit and debit cards, or you can also pay using PayPal and Apple Pay.


17 - I have received a gift voucher, how do I redeem it?


Please enter the code on your voucher in the appropriate field at the checkout. You can then pay any outstanding balance by the usual payment methods.

IMPORTANT: The voucher can be used as part payment but please note you must use the full value of your voucher in one transaction as any unused balance will be forfeited e.g. if paying for a £20 order with a £25 voucher, the unspent £5 balance will be forfeited, so please make sure to redeem the voucher on an order of value of £25 or more.Also you can only use one voucher or coupon code at a time.

18 - I have not received my order?

Firstly, please see our cart page to check when you should be expecting your item(s) to arrive. If this time has passed and your item has still has not arrived we may have to consider the item(s) lost in the post. All postal losses or delays will be dealt with no sooner than 21 working days. After this time has passed you can make a claim by


emailing the company at kels.lampworked.glass@gmsil.com and starting your full name, billing address, shipping address, telephone numbers, email address, order number for the missing shipment,, what item(s) you ordered, and order value.


Please note that all claims must be made within 31 working days of the dispatch date.

20 - When will I receive my order?


We aim to get your jewellery made and out to you within 7 to 10 working days on average.

KEL’S LAMPWORKED GLASS JEWELLERY & MORE RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you enjoy the purchases you make from Kel’s Lampworked Glass Jewellery & More. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with your statutory rights or in accordance with this Returns Policy.
How to Return an Item
As an alternative to the return options provided by your statutory rights, customers may return items purchased from Kel’s Lampworked Glass Jewellery & More under this Returns Policy in accordance with the following terms:
1. Returns made under this Returns Policy must be made within 21 days of delivery of an item.
2. Items to be returned must:
a. If damaged and due to the nature of most of the products being sold on the site being one of a kind product, only a refund can be offered to you unless the item is deemed fixable.
b. All items need to be returned in the original packaging
c. If an item is unwanted it needs to be returned unopened and in its original packaging.
d. Unless item is damaged the return will be at the cost of the client.
e. Earrings are to be return unworn and unopened.
f. If issued at the point of sale or sent on there after all certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisals must be returned. Any prouducts returned without these original documents if supplied for the products, then the return of the said product will be rejected.
g. Any products that have been resized, tampered with, had any damage inflicted upon it/them or otherwise altered after the delivery of the item(s) will not be accepted for return.
h. The business will if an order is incorrect pay for the return shipping. Note: This does not cover if you the client are disappointed with your purchase.
i. Also if return items if they have a fault, before you can return the item you need to take a full colour photograph with close ups of the fault and state in you email if you would like for the company to see if they can fix the item and return it to yourself the customer or if not refund you or ask if you would like to choose another item of equal value from the website.
j. All items if not faulty should be return back to the company in an unworn state due to hygiene reasons.
3. To start the returns process, you should email us at kels.lampworked.glass@gmail.com requesting a return in accordance with this Returns Policy. Include your name, identification of your order (e.g. an order number), and details of the
item(s) you want to return. Along with any photographical evidence you can if an item if faulty.
Entitlement to a Refund
When a return is made following the requirements and procedures set out in this Returns Policy, a customer is entitled to a full refund of the price you paid for the item(s):
1. Taking into account any discounts that were applied at the time of purchase.
2. For the return fee, the company will pay the cost of the return if we are at fault. All you would need to do I this
situation is to send an email to kels.lampworked.glass@gmail.com with photographs showing the defects within the jewellery and a it would be arrange for a full refund and for the ability for you to ship the good back at no cost to yourselves. If in the pictures the items can be fixed and that is what you wish for that can also be arrange at cost to he company not the client. 3. if you wish to return your items and there are no faults or errors, the cost or return will be at cost to the client. Processing Returns
Once we have received an item you wish to return:
1. We will check the item you have returned within, wherever possible, 7 - 10 business days.
2. If we confirm that the item and your returns procedure comply with the requirements set out in this Returns Policy:
a. We will let you know that your return has been received and accepted.
b. You will receive a refund via your original payment method, usually within 7 -10 business days of a return
being accepted.
3. If the item returned or your returns procedure does not comply with the requirements set out in this Returns Policy:
a. We will let you know why your return has not been accepted.
b. We may offer a reduced refund (e.g. if an item is returned damaged).
c. You will have the option to take the item back (note that you may be required to pay for shipping if
necessary).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item purchased for another item (e.g. the same product in a different size or colour, or another item within the shop at the same price unless you wish to pay the difference), you should return the purchased item as usual (i.e. as set out above)
A Customer’s Statutory Rights
The returns process provided under this Returns Policy is provided in addition to customers’ statutory rights and this Returns Policy does not diminish these statutory rights in any way - it simply provides our customers with an additional returns option.
A customer has a statutory right to a refund in certain circumstances. For example, you may have a right to a refund if a product is not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose.
