SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with KLWGJewellery & More are processed, collected, delivered and shipped.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–7 business days for your order to be processed.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way.

Processing times are separate from estimated delivery times.

Store Pickup

Store pickup is available from:

Orders may be collected daily from 12:00 noon, once you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Please do not attend to collect your order until you have received an email confirming that it is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available for addresses within approximately 3 miles of our location.

To check whether your order qualifies for local delivery:

1. Enter your delivery address during checkout.
2. Continue to the shipping options.
3. If local delivery is available for your address, it will appear as a delivery option.

If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your address is not currently eligible for local delivery.

Orders placed before 12:00 noon during our operating hours may normally be delivered the following day.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon or outside normal operating hours will normally be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Where tracking is available, you will receive an email containing delivery or tracking information once your order is ready.

UK Shipping

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Our current UK standard shipping options are:

• Orders under £50: £5.99
• Orders of £50 and over: £10.00
• Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal or courier delays beyond our control.

European Union Shipping

Standard International Shipping to eligible destinations within the European Union is currently:

• Shipping price: £14.99
• Estimated delivery time: 2–11 business days after dispatch

International delivery estimates do not include any delays caused by customs processing.

Rest of the World Shipping

For eligible destinations outside the United Kingdom and European Union, Standard International Shipping is currently:

• Shipping price: £35.00
• Estimated delivery time: 3–17 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and the postal or courier service used.

Countries We Do Not Currently Ship To

At present, we do not offer shipping to Russia or certain countries in Asia.

Available destinations will normally be shown at checkout.

If your country does not appear as an available shipping destination, we are currently unable to accept an order for delivery to that location.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges when the shipment enters the destination country.

These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country and are outside the control of KLWGJewellery & More.

Unless otherwise stated, KLWGJewellery & More is not responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges or similar charges imposed on international deliveries.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking the customs and import requirements applicable in your country before placing an international order.

Delivery Times

All delivery timeframes shown in this Shipping Policy are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date unless expressly agreed with you.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, courier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays, industrial action or other unexpected events.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.

KLWGJewellery & More cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as quickly as possible at info@klwgjewellery.com.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Tracking

Where a tracking service is included with your chosen delivery method, your tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied with your order once the parcel has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

If you believe your parcel has been lost, significantly delayed or damaged during delivery, please contact us at:

• Full name
• Order number
• Delivery address
• Details of the problem
• Photographs of any damaged packaging or Goods, where applicable

We will review the matter and assist you in accordance with your statutory rights and the terms applicable to your order.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
