CANCELLATION POLICY
At KLWGJewellery & More, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
1. Cancelling an Order Before It Is Processed
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact KLWGJewellery & More as soon as possible after placing your order.
We aim to process orders promptly, so we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accepted once an order has entered processing, has been dispatched, or work has begun on a personalised or made-to-order item.

2. Our 4-Hour Cancellation Window
Where possible, KLWGJewellery & More allows customers to request cancellation within 4 hours of placing an order.
If your cancellation request is received within this period and the order has not already been processed, dispatched, or had work started on a personalised or made-to-order item, we will normally be able to cancel it.
The 4-hour cancellation window is our order-processing policy and does not remove or restrict any statutory cancellation rights you may have under UK consumer law.
3. Your Statutory Right to Cancel
For many goods purchased online, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel their contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without having to give a reason.
After notifying us of a valid cancellation, you will generally have a further 14 days to return the goods, subject to applicable law.
These statutory rights are separate from our 4-hour order cancellation window.
4. Personalised & Made-to-Order Products
The statutory right to cancel does not generally apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.
If you order a personalised or custom-made product, please check all details carefully before placing your order.
This exception does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to your legal rights.
5. Orders That Have Already Been Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched when you request cancellation, we may be unable to stop the delivery.
Where you have a statutory right to cancel, you may still notify us that you wish to exercise that right and return the goods in accordance with the applicable requirements.

6. Refunds Following Cancellation
Where a cancellation is valid and a refund is due, we will issue the refund in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Where applicable, refunds will include the standard outbound delivery charge required by law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option than our standard service are not necessarily refundable.
Customers may be responsible for return postage where permitted by law and where they have been informed of this responsibility.
7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Cancellation rights are separate from your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Please refer to our Returns Policy or contact us if there is a problem with your order.
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy affects your statutory rights.
8. KLWGJewellery & More Cancelling an Order
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an order. This could include situations where an item is unavailable, there has been a genuine pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
