    We accept all major credit and debit cards, or you can also pay using paypal and apple pay.
  • 3 - How do i care for my jewellery?
    Please do not submerge any of the jewellery in water, or shower, nor wash up with the jewellery on. If your jewellery starts to tarnish then you can buff it back to its original shine easily with a soft cloth or a yellow pro polish cloth off of somewhere like Amazon,
  • 17 - I have received a gift voucher, how do i redeem it?
    Please enter the code on your voucher in the appopirate field at checkout. You can then pay any outstanding balance by the usual payment methodds. IMPORTANT: The voucher can be used as part payment but please note you must use the full value of your voucher in one transaction as any unused balance will be forfeited e.g. if paying for a £20 order with a £25 voucher, the unspent £5 balance will ne forfeited, so please make sure to redeem the voucher on an order of value of £25 or more. Also you can only use one voucher or coupon code at a time.
  • 20 - When will i receive my order?
    We aim to get your jewellery made and out to you within 7 to 10 working days on average. Please see our cart page for a more of a detailed breakdown of delivery times, which can be depending on postage method and products bought. but also where you live.
  • 21 - Do yo take returns?
    Please se our returns policy below: KEL’S LAMPWORKED GLASS JEWELLERY & MORE RETURNS POLICY We hope that you enjoy the purchases you make from Kel’s Lampworked Glass Jewellery & More. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with your statutory rights or in accordance with this Returns Policy. How to Return an Item As an alternative to the return options provided by your statutory rights, customers may return items purchased from Kel’s Lampworked Glass Jewellery & More under this Returns Policy in accordance with the following terms: Returns made under this Returns Policy must be made within 21 days of delivery of an item. Items to be returned must: If damaged and due to the nature of most of the products being sold on the site being one of a kind product, only a refund can be offered to you unless the item is deemed fixable. All items need to be returned in the original packaging If an item is unwanted it needs to be returned unopened and in its original packaging. Unless item is damaged the return will be at the cost of the client. Earrings are to be return unworn and unopened. If issued at the point of sale or sent on there after all certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisals must be returned. Any prouducts returned without these original documents if supplied for the products, then the return of the said product will be rejected. Any products that have been resized, tampered with, had any damage inflicted upon it/them or otherwise altered after the delivery of the item(s) will not be accepted for return. The business will if an order is incorrect pay for the return shipping. Note: This does not cover if you the client are disappointed with your purchase.     Our beautiful handcrafted jewellery is made from copper core coated wire, stainless steel wire, and sterling silver wire that are all hypoallergenic. Also metal hypoallergenic spacers and spacer beads as well as, acrylic spacers and spacer beads. The type of beads used in the jewellery are lampworked beads, glass beads, acrylic beads, ceramic beads, gemstone beads, faux glass pearls, resin beads, seed beads, silver clay beads, clay beads, african trade beads, millefiori beads, natural stone beads, chip beads, polymer clay beads, lava stone beads, shell beads, and metal beads.
  • 5 - Can I get a discount for buying multiple items?
    Unfortunately we cannot offer a discount on multiple item purchases.
  • 18 - I have not received my order?
    Firstly, please see our cart page to check when you should be expecting your item(s)to arrive. If this time has passed and your item still has not arrived we may have to consider the item(s) lost in the post. All postal losses or delays will be dealt with no sooner than 21 working days. After this time has passed you can make a claim by email the company at support@klwgjewellery.com and stating your full name, billing address, shipping address, telephone numbers, email address. order number for the missing shipment. what item(s) you ordered, and order value. Pleas note all claims must be made with in 31 working days of the dispatch date.
  • 2 - Will my order come well presented and well packaged?
    Yes, where possible your item will come attached to a jewellery card and presented within plastic packaging and an organza bag, Also when shipping the item(s) will be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in an envelope or box.

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • 4 - Will my item look exactly like the picture?
    All product photographs are taken of the actual product. Finally, while the colour reproduction of the product is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by yourself.
Caged Beads Jewellery Set
This delightfully exciting jewellery set is made up of a necklace, bracelert and a pair of long dangly earrings.
 
The necklace is made up of 9 - 8mm rose quartz round beads, that are placed into a handmade silver-plated wire cage, there are also threaed onto the necklace 6mm citrine round beads and 9.5mm crystal faceted round beads in light rose. The order the the necklace is made up in from the clasp downward,it starts with a 4 inch length of silver-plated chain. From there you then go on to the stunnung 6mm citrine round bead, then a soft 8mm caged rose quartz round bead, then again the stunning 6mm citrine round bead, now we bring in the juicy 9.5mm crystal faceted round bead in light rose then another stunning 6mm citrine round bead, then one more of the soft 8mm rose quartz caged beads and the pattern just repeats like that all the way till you get to the end of the length of the beaded pattern and you hhave in total in the pattern nine soft 8mm caged rose quartz round beads. Once you you get to the last caged bead there is one last bead left to add on to the strand which is a stunning 6mm citrine round bead. To complete the necklace you then addd four inches of silver-plated chain and a jump ring for the lobster clasp to hook on to, this will complete the rest of the necklace. The two lengthens of 4 inches of chain at either end of the necklace make the necklace a more comfortable wear. The closure on this necklace is a silver-plated lobster clasp and loop with and extenderchain. The extender chain is silver-plated and is 2 inches long, there is a dangle attachment that is a sea sheelthat is also silver-plated, with and inner colour of pink with a faux glass pearlin it. The dangle is wire wrapped on to the end of the extender chain and totals an inch long.
 
,The bracelet is made in much of a similar fashion to that of the necklace  except it does not have the two lengths of chain, the reason behind this is  the bracelet did not call dor this in the design or sizing. but otherwise the bracelet is made up with the same beads and in nearly the same pattern as the necklace. There is only one minor change and that is that there is no stunning 6mm citrine at the beginning and end of the strand of the bracelet ., but there is five =- soft 8mm caged rose quartz eound beads throughout the bracelet. The bracelet starts and ends with the with the 8mm soft rose quartz caged beads and inbetween the caged beads there are, 6mm stunning citrine round beads as well as many juicy 9.5mm crystal faceted round beads in light rose and another 6mm stunning citrine round bead in the same order as the necklace. The closure on the braceletis a silver-plated lobster clasp with loop. Again the extender chainwith the dangle is built up excatly the same way as thenecklace.
 
There is also a pair of earrings that havelong shepherd hook ear wiresthat are silver plated, the ear wires are hypoallergenic. the hook its self is 1.5 inches long. The full length of the earrings are 3 1\8 inches long. The earrings made from thr top to the bottom - there is a long length shepherds hook ear wire, then an 8mm soft caged rose quartz bead (with the cage being made out of silver-plated wire), below that is a 6mm stunning citrine round bead which is stacked on top of a beautifully juicy 9.5mm crystal faceted round bead in light rose and they are both on a knotted head pin. With the two beads on a knotted head pin they have such a lovely dangle and swing to them below the soft 8mm silver-plated caged rose quartz round bead.
